1. Understand the unique attributes of the Omicron variant vis-a-vis other variants
2. Describe the epidemiological strategies for addressing the Omicron Variant
3. Describe newer clinical management strategies relevant to emergence of the Omicron Variant.
TOPIC: Strategies to prevent progression of Chronic Kidney Disease
1. To understand the magnitude of CKD epidemic
2. To learn the etio-pathogenesis and current criteria of diagnosis of CKD
TOPIC: The Neglected: Hospital Acquired Infections during the Covid-19 pandemic

C. Learn how Covid pandemic affected the burnout in healthcare personnel and learn strategies to prevent burnout.
